Tips and Installation

This versatile Universal Bracket, with patented design, is made for use on 1/2 inch vertical rails of wrought iron railings and vertical mounting surfaces at least 3 inches high. Use the U clamp when installing the bracket on wrought iron railings for a flower box or flower pot.

Brackets can also be installed to the wood uprights on a deck or to other vertical surfaces that are at least 3 inches high. Each pair of brackets is designed to support 36 lbs. For heavier planters, install additional brackets. (Use one additional bracket for each additional 18 lbs. of weight.) It is suggested that you secure the flower boxes to the inside of deck or balcony railings to avoid injury from falling objects. Complete instructions are found on each bracket package. Novelty brackets are made of rust-free aluminum with a black powder coating finish.
